Shipping Information
At this time, we proudly ship exclusively within the United States. We are actively working toward expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international customers in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.90 USD
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $10.00 USD
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all U.S. orders over $50 USD
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot modify orders once they are processed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is received damaged or is missing from your order. If you encounter such an issue, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem. We will review your claim and work to resolve the matter promptly.
Please note: CLAWD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
